Born in Lan Zhou, China in 1989, Miss Rui Zhang started piano at the age of 3 1/2.  She entered the prestigious Shanghai Conservatory of Music at the age of 9 and is now pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Music under the tutelage of Xiang-Yu. In 2004, she performed a concert tour through Shanghai and other major cities in China. Miss Zhang has won numerous awards in competitions throughout China. This is her first visit to the United States.
